Fujifilm were struggling to deliver a roll-out of photo-booths with a major UK retailer because their current solution could not meet the uptime requirements of the contract.
Good With Devices worked with Fujifilm to provide an end-to-end service which included analytics software that highlighted the problem with non-functioning devices, identifying the stores that needed attention in real-time, enabling staff to get them up-and-running at a much quicker rate.
