Weston Park Cancer Charity (WPCC) is one of four dedicated cancer hospitals in the UK, supporting thousands of people affected by cancer across the country, working alongside patients, families, clinicians, and researchers every day.
With constant footfall through the hospital, the fundraising team identified a clear opportunity for contactless fundraising, but making that work proved more difficult.
Despite having a contactless unit in place, donations were inconsistent. The team suspected the issue wasn’t with the chosen solution, but with the how the solutions was implemented and promoted.

We designed and installed custom signage, fully aligned with the charity’s brand and messaging. It clearly communicated what the device was for and why donations mattered—turning an overlooked unit into an intentional fundraising touchpoint.
